Is it free to list?
Listing a stay or a rental is free (optional Pro plans unlock more rooms and priority placement). Listing a property for sale uses a one-off package (Basic, Verified or Premium).
When do I get my money?
For a stay, your payout is sent to your bank after the guest checks in. For a rental, rent releases when the tenant moves in. For a sale, the buyer pays you directly, Tenanto never holds the purchase price.
What if something goes wrong?
For stays and rentals, funds stay protected in escrow and our team reviews any dispute fairly before releasing or refunding.
